What is your IN-STORE return/exchange policy?
IN - STORE PURCHASES: If for some reason, items purchased in store do not meet quality standards, please bring the items purchased in-store accompanied by a valid receipt within of purchase. Goods must be in original condition and not tampered with.
What is your WHOLESALE return/exchange policy?
ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS

For delivery orders, we ask our customers to please inspect your order at time of delivery. This is due to potential product integrity issues and food safety concerns resulting from excessive handling and potential temperature control fluctuations while products have been out of our control.
Should a product present a defect or not meet expected Quality standards, we are happy to accommodate exchanges or refunds. Please notify us immediately if you are unsatisfied with any items, along with an explanation, and pictures if applicable. Orders delivered or picked up over 24hours will not be accommodated. We will arrange for replacement of items according to schedule and availability. Refunds will not be given for replaced items.
If a replacement is not required, please bring items you wish to be returned in-store, or coordinate with our office for pick-up should you have another delivery scheduled. Returned items can be credited toward your next order or refunded to you in your original form of payment.
What if there is something I need that I can't find in the catalogue?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ALL major Canadian credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), Debit, Cash. Our London location also accepts Wechat Pay and Alipay. Payment for wholesale orders will be processed upon pickup or delivery.
How do you ensure the quality of the items in my order?
All of our items are inspected when we receive them, routinely checked in our inventory, and checked before they make their way out for delivery to your business.
We are still human and can miss things here and there -- just give us a quick call or email and we're more than happy to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We're happy to accommodate requests for your order, just include it in the notes section when you're placing your order. For example, "I want unripe plantains" or "I want a fattier cut of pork belly" and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Can I pickup my order?
Absolutely! We offer pickup for both our North York and London locations. Just bring your order number to our customer service desk and we will have your order ready for you.
How late can I place an order?
For PICKUP orders: We ask that you allow our staff 1 hour to prepare your pickup order. Please be patient with us if you experience any delays during busier times. For rush orders, please email or call our store directly and we will try our best to accommodate.
For DELIVERY orders: You can place an order up until 9:00 PM for next day morning delivery and up to 12:00PM NOON for same day afternoon delivery. For rush orders, please email or call our store directly and we will try our best to accommodate.
What is your minimum for delivery?
Our delivery service is only available from our LONDON, ON location. We are pleased to offer free local delivery within 30km of our store for orders over $300.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Sunday, our drivers do a round of deliveries in the morning, and another in the afternoon. Please contact us for more detailed information on our delivery schedule to your area.
