Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS

Exchanges

 
Should a product present a defect or not meet expected Quality standards, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. Please notify us immediately if you are unsatisfied with any items, along with an explanation, and pictures if applicable. Orders delivered or picked up over 24hours will not be accommodated.We will arrange for replacement of items according to schedule and availability. Refunds will not be given for replaced items. Please refer to our FAQ page for details on our exchange policy.
